At Moore 44, we believe every young person deserves the chance to discover their potential—on and off the field. Our campaign supports programs that open doors to meaningful careers in sports while teaching discipline, leadership, and confidence that last a lifetime.
Each year, we host our Annual Umpire Camp at the MLB Youth Academy in Compton, California, offering hands-on training with professional umpires and mentors who guide participants through the art, skill, and integrity of officiating. The experience gives youth not only a deeper understanding of the game, but also a vision of what’s possible beyond it.
Your contribution helps cover camp instruction, uniforms, travel assistance, and educational materials—ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation.
