Our campaign supports programs that open pathways to meaningful careers in sports while building discipline, leadership, and confidence. Each year, our Annual Umpire Camp at the MLB Youth Academy in Compton provides hands-on training with professional umpires and mentors, expanding participants’ skills and their vision of what’s possible.
